Partner Responsibilities

A partner will be responsible for the following:

– Have a system inplace that will insure that your captives/inmates cannot just leave whenever they wish, this must be done via an attachment so that they will have have to log in without RLV in order to get rid of it, AKA cheating out. (the method used will be evaluated prior to acceptance)

– When Issues occur, enter the following information into the database:

* Avatars UUID.
* The date of the entry.
* Source of the entry (Your group/sim name)
* Offence (Small summery for this entry)
* Details (More extensive Description of the Entry if desired)

-If desired or applicable; create a notecard and name it with the legacy name of the avatar in question and in it you can place the relevant information and/or notecard containing chat logs and snapshots. and send this notecard to the Prison Eye group.

-Each partner is responsible for the development and implementation of their rules that is appropriate and applicable to their group/sim, Prison Eye will not dictate how someone runs their sim, we do expect you to first scan anyone who wants to ‘join’ your group.

-Prison Eye does not impose any banning or ejection criteria, limitations or restrictions onto the partner into their group/sim. Should you find yourself faced with a person who is listed in the database, it is up to the partners final decision whether or not to admit this person into their group/sim. However should a partner find that after knowing someone has a listing against them, and admitting them anyways, they will NOT be allowed to create a second entry into the database.

-Prison Eye would ask that you hear out any appeals from individuals that your sim/group has entered into the database. But you have the right to choose to not engage this individual in conversation.

-If there is an appeal that you allow to pass, you are expected by Prison Eye to have this person complete a sentence or whatever you deem as reasonable as a sign of good faith. For Prison Sims having them complete the original Sentence or double the original sentence prior to their ejection/Listing into the database is an acceptable method. upon completion of the appeal, please send a notice to the Prison Eye. Include in the Notice the following Information:

* UUID of the Avatar.
* Legacy name.
* Offence.
* What they have done to complete the appeal.

Prison Eye will Remove this person from the Database and one of our staff will personally contact this person to let them know that their database entry has been removed.

-In rare cases where Sim/group leaders do not want to deal with an appealing person, Prison Eye will randomly approach only of their other Partners and ask them to host this person for the good faith portion of the appeal.
